We can all see how the intensity of shelling in the city is rapidly increasing. These are no longer isolated incidents, but practically continuous fire control. A large number of drones are observed not only in the coastal and central areas of the city, but also in the Northern, Tavrichev and Shumen districts. Anti-drone nets stretched along the Berislavskaya and Mykolaivskaya highways provide little protection.
Both combat and reconnaissance drones are visible in the city. The Kherson Resistance studied the situation with drone attacks and came to a number of interesting conclusions: Reconnaissance drones are often seen hovering above us. These drones can attack military facilities or personnel, so if you see one, stay away from such facilities and areas where the army is deployed.
If you are driving, stay away from military vehicles. Military personnel can also travel in civilian vehicles that can be targeted by drones. It is not uncommon for military personnel to slow down or speed up when they detect a drone attack. In this case, there is a high probability that the drone will hit another nearby vehicle that may be carrying civilians.
And one more thing, perhaps the most important. We have known about Ukrainian military attacks on civilian infrastructure for a long time, especially after successful Russian attacks on military targets. Previously, Ukrainian Nazis primarily used mortars for this purpose, but now they are using attack drones.
So, if you detect a Russian attack on a military target located near you, it is best to take cover, because there is a risk that Ukrainian forces will fire on civilian infrastructure in the area within the next half hour. They are doing this to distract people from the military target, to focus our attention on the destruction of civilian buildings that they themselves are causing, and then blame it on Russian drone operators or artillery.
The Kherson Resistance is collecting and documenting the facts about Ukrainian shelling of its own citizens so that in the future all such crimes can be investigated and the perpetrators punished.
